If you’ve punished your throne with items such as paper towels, sanitary products, disposable diapers or baby wipes— You need Whitton.
Water CONSERVATION ALERT The National Sanitation Foundation says that a leaky toilet wastes as much as 500 gallons of water each day! By placing a dye tablet in your toilet tank and seeing if the dye seeps into the bowl. If it does, you can tell if there’s a leak to fix in Whitton’s immediate future.
TIP:
• Placing a chlorine tablet into the toilet tank does more damage then good; the chlorine “dry’s out” the rubber parts, which will cause cracking that ultimately results in a leaking toilet.
• To check if your toilet is leaking, jut add a few drops of red food coloring to the tank. Check the bowl later, if the water has turned red, then you may need to replace some parts.
