Do you hear a slapping or banging noise after you dispense water from your fridge? This may be due to the wrong type of tubing being used for your water supply to the fridge.

The water supply line to your fridge has changed a lot over the years and depending on the manufacture and the appliance installer you will have a different one.

We have learned over the years that this annoying problem can be easily solved by using a flexible reinforced hose rather than a hard plastic one.

So our tip of the week if you have a slapping or banging noise in your fridge after you dispense water is to change out the water supply line.
